Tips
- When in doubt, refresh the page and/or log back in. If you’re encountering unexpected outcomes on the web app or the Add-In, refresh your web browser. If the page doesn’t properly re-load, you may be logged out of Confida and need to log back in.
- Don’t forget to turn on “tracked changes” in Microsoft Word before using the “Fix it” button in playbook reviews. If you accidentally clicked Fix it without tracked changes and want to see your changes, you can use the “undo” button on Microsoft Word, turn on tracked changes, then click redo on Microsoft Word.
